Adding Bikes¶
Add your motorcycle and scooter inventory so customers can browse and book.

About 1 minute per bike.
Adding Your First Bike¶
- Log in to your MotoRentals Dashboard
- Go to Bikes in the sidebar
- Click + Add Bike
- Fill in the details:

Bike Information¶
Name¶
The full name shown to customers. Be descriptive: - Good: "Honda PCX 160 (2023)" - Avoid: "Bike 1"
Model¶
A short identifier used internally: - "PCX", "Click", "Forza", "ADV"
Daily Price¶
The rental price per day in your local currency (set in Settings).
Pricing Strategy
Consider offering discounts for longer rentals. You can configure this in Settings → Pricing.
Engine CC¶
The engine displacement in cubic centimeters. Used for: - Filtering bikes by size - Calculating deposit amounts (larger bikes = higher deposit)
Bike Status¶
Each bike can have a status:

| Available | Ready to rent |
| Rented | Currently with a customer |
| Maintenance | Being serviced |
The AI agent only shows Available bikes to customers.
Bulk Import¶
Have many bikes? Contact support for bulk import via CSV.
Deposit Tiers¶
Configure deposit amounts based on bike size:
- Go to Settings → Deposit Tiers
- Set amounts per CC range:

- Add high-quality photos (coming soon)
- Keep names consistent across your fleet
- Update status promptly when bikes return
- Use CC values for proper deposit calculation
