AI Agent¶
MotoRentals uses an AI-powered agent to handle customer conversations on WhatsApp automatically.
What It Does¶
The AI agent can:
- Answer questions about bikes, pricing, and availability
- Guide customers through the booking process
- Collect booking details (dates, location, ID)
- Confirm bookings and send receipts
- Handle multiple languages
- Escalate complex issues to you
How It Works¶
Customer: "Hi, I need a scooter for 3 days"
AI Agent: "Hello! I'd be happy to help you rent a scooter.
We have these available:
• Honda Click 125 - 300 THB/day
• Honda PCX 160 - 400 THB/day
Which would you prefer?"
The agent uses your bike inventory, pricing, and settings to provide accurate information.
Languages¶
The agent detects the customer's language and responds accordingly:
- English
- Thai
- Russian
- Chinese
- And more...
Customization¶
You can customize:
- Business name - How the agent introduces itself
- Greeting messages - Welcome text for new customers
- Operating hours - When to show availability
- Pricing rules - Discounts, minimum days, etc.
AI Model Selection¶
Choose the AI model in Settings → LLM Model:

When It Escalates¶
The agent will notify you when:
- Customer asks for something unusual
- Booking requires manual approval
- Customer seems frustrated
- Question is outside its knowledge

- Set accurate pricing

- Review conversations weekly to improve
